We start at a 50/50 split of all machine takings. The exact split is agreed before installation and depends on the venue type and expected footfall. We empty machines on an agreed schedule and provide receipts and logs every time.
We handle all repairs and maintenance at no cost to you. If a machine has an issue, contact us and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible. We aim for fast turnaround to minimise any downtime.
Most venues have an automatic entitlement to site up to two Category C or D gaming machines with notification to the local authority. If you want more, a permit application may be needed. We will guide you through what is required during the site visit.
We agree an emptying schedule that suits your venue, typically weekly or fortnightly. Every collection comes with a full breakdown of takings so you can see exactly how your machines are performing.
